Q. How long does it take from the initial consultation to starting the outsourcing service?

A. The service can start in as little as about one month. On average, it takes around two to three months from the first consultation.

Q. What is the difference between outsourcing and BPO?

A. At iAP, there is no real difference between the two. We plan each engagement around the client’s needs, and the scope of work we can take on is very broad – ranging from IPO preparation and M&A support to recruitment assistance and the accounting of overseas subsidiaries.

Q. Can you handle work that is currently undocumented or dependent on specific individuals?

A. Yes. Through interviews we analyze your current situation and propose how to systematize and structure the work.

Q. Can you outsource both accounting and HR together?

A. Yes. Services can be combined, and we will flexibly plan the work according to your challenges and requirements.
